VXI Global Solutions expands in Texas, adds 200 jobs

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — VXI Global Solutions, a global provider of customer experience (CX) and business process outsourcing (BPO), announced plans to expand its Lubbock, Texas operations by adding up to 200 new full-time positions.
The hiring initiative, based at the company’s Wayland Plaza facility at 2002 W Loop 289, comes as VXI ramps up support for a major roadside assistance client’s expansion.
The new roles include English-speaking customer service positions starting at $18 per hour and bilingual Spanish roles starting at $19 per hour. Both offer weekly incentives for applicants with exceptional customer service experience.
Paid training, comprehensive health benefits, a 401k plan, and paid time off are part of the package, along with an unlimited employee referral program. Start dates for new hires begin throughout May and June 2025.
