VXI wins two major awards at 16th International ICT Awards
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider VXI dominated the 16th International ICT Awards (IICTAP) by being recognized as the Best Employer of the Year and the Best Foreign-owned Company of the Year.
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (CanCham) organized the IICTAP criteria around the foundations of HR leadership, company growth, size, quality, diversity of clientele, HR competencies, company management, and support by a company of public goods.
VXI SVP and Country Manager Eppie Titong attributed both recognitions to their workforce and the company’s efforts in building a “vast competitive advantage by meeting and exceeding our employee’s core needs.”
“The real inspiration behind this award is the credible and consistent stance of everyone in VXI for something beyond profit. We have created an effective working culture with an enduring appreciation for loyalty and passion,” he added.
VXI has previously won the ICT awards for Best Employer of the Year (2018), Best Company of the Year (2019), Most Innovative Company of the Year (2018 & 2019), Best Contact Center, and BPO Company of the Year (2017, 2018 and 2019), and was elevated to the ICT Hall of Fame for Best Contact Center and BPO Company of the Year in 2019.
