Set in a Pakistani BPO firm, the four-episode dramedy centers on Raeed, a young new hire at a BPO firm who aspires to earn enough money for his dream electric guitar.
His struggles and antics, from awkward elevator encounters to headset mayhem, mirror the experiences of millions of young professionals in global outsourcing hubs across South Asia, the Philippines, Eastern Europe, and beyond.

Only two episodes of Beyond the Call have been released as of early September 2025, with the final two scheduled for September 12 and 19.
