Webhelp appoints new UK CEO

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider Webhelp announced the appointment of Benjamin Faes as its new UK Chief Executive Officer.
Faes, a tech industry veteran, worked as Webhelp’s VP of Global Sales and Marketing before his promotion.
In his new role, Faes’ mission will be to further augment the business’s market-leading position as a provider of customer experience to more than 1,350 of the world’s biggest brands. He will also continue to oversee global marketing and work with the senior exec team at Webhelp to deliver even better customer journeys.
Webhelp Group CEO Olivier Duha said, “Benjamin’s experience with leading technology businesses is hugely valuable to Webhelp’s ongoing investment in tech-enabled solutions for clients.”
“His global experience of embedding emergent technologies within businesses is a must-have for any organization targeting growth,” he added.
Meanwhile, Faes said he looks forward to leading Webhelp’s teams in “further championing the power of excellent CX design and delivery as a means of helping businesses navigate current market turbulence and delivering future growth.”
