Webhelp expands to Israel, to hire 500 employees

Global customer experience and business solutions provider Webhelp is expanding its operations in Israel with plans to recruit 500 local employees within the year. Webhelp Israel will be headed by Einat Benjamini, who built and managed Golan Telecom’s operations in the country.
In a statement, the company said it will source young talents in a wide range of disciplines that are included in their verticals.
An office in Tel Aviv has already been rented by the firm, but they are still looking for an additional larger space to house its planned support center.
Benjamini said that this expansion “will bring to Israeli organizations unprecedented standards of service for call centers.”
France-based Webhelp is a two-decade-old BPO provider that designs, delivers, and optimizes customer support services for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients.
Webhelp manages more than 200 operation centers across 50 countries and employs 95,000 people globally. Further, the company has over 1,300 clients in its portfolio — including FedEx, Cisco, and Nespresso.
