Webhelp to acquire OneLink
Global customer experience (CX) provider Webhelp has announced its intent to acquire a well-known IT, BPO, and CX services firm OneLink.
The acquisition, which is still subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities, will see Webhelp earning revenues of over US$ 2.4 billion in 190 locations across 55 countries with 90,000 employees worldwide.
The French BPO giant will gain wider access in Latin America with OneLink. As well as an attractive best-shoring mix, top-level nearshore capabilities for the U.S. market, and next-generation in-house technology solutions.
Olivier Duha, co-founder and CEO of Webhelp said in a statement, “Together, our combined value will offer clients access to additional locations and extended customer service and support capabilities, as well as the strength of our combined innovation in digital and technology-driven customer experience solutions.”
Further, OneLink CEO and co-founder Eduardo Salazar said that they are proud of the tech firm’s success over the past eight years and are excited to join the Webhelp family.
