Xceed wins gold at IBXA23
CAIRO, EGYPT — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider Xceed recently won the Gold Award for best corporate social responsibility (CSR) program at the International Business Excellence Awards 2023.
Xceed’s CSR initiative includes establishing physical contact centers in remote and historically undeveloped areas in Upper Egypt. The firm also utilized its Impact Sourcing program to create job opportunities for people outside the capital.
Moreover, the initiative provided jobs for disadvantaged communities and marginalized visually impaired (VI) citizens in Cairo and Qena.
In a social media post, Xceed dedicated the win to their “amazing team who work hard while creating meaningful impacts on the lives of many.”
At the same time, the firm’s top management also celebrated last year’s top performers for their “dedication and hard work.”
Xceed’s multilingual BPO services helped them secure the 95th spot in the Time Doctor OA500, an index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.
