YourTeam to add 50 jobs in Dublin expansion
DUBLIN, IRELAND — Outsourcing specialist YourTeam has announced plans to add 50 new positions at its Dublin base over the next two years as part of expansion targets. The move comes as Irish companies struggle to fill skilled roles amid ongoing labor market tightness.
Recruitment is already underway for roles in sales and advertising, marketing, operations, and administration. The company currently employs 10 people in Dublin, supported by a substantial offshore team.
Sourcing international talent to fill gaps
Founded in 2022, YourTeam answers the hiring needs of Irish firms by sourcing highly skilled workers from India and the Philippines.
“Ireland is currently experiencing full employment, which is great, but it means that some companies are finding it extremely difficult to get staff,” explained CEO Niresh Moodley.
“We source great talent in other countries to match the skills and experience required by our clients. This allows Irish companies to hire highly skilled workers which will help to grow and develop their business.”
YourTeam’s overseas workforce totals 250, and the new hiring push aims to grow the Dublin operation five-fold by 2027. The company projects its offshore team will swell by another 1,250 in the same period.
