Yuji Hamamoto to succeed Maulik Parekh as Inspiro CEO

Customer experience management company Inspiro announced that Yuji Hamamoto will take over from Maulik Parekh as CEO on April 1 in a year-long CEO succession plan. The firm said Parekh will continue to serve Inspiro as a board advisor.
Hamamoto’s most recent roles were as executive director and chief strategy officer in the company, positions which he held since November 2018. He previously worked as an international executive at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., and held several roles in telecommunication and IT firms across the Americas, as well as the EMEA and APAC regions. On Parekh’s contributions to the company, Shinya Imai, Inspiro chairman, said Parekh has developed a stellar leadership team, nurtured loyal client relationships, and established an award-winning culture.
