YY Group acquires Pest Fighter to expand IFM platform
SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE — YY Group Holding Limited, a global provider of workforce solutions and integrated facility management (IFM), announced the acquisition of Singapore-based pest control company Pesticide Pest Control Pte. Ltd., now rebranded as Pest Fighter Management Pte. Ltd.
While specific terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, the deal expands YY Group’s ability to deliver end-to-end IFM services, integrating pest management alongside its offerings in cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, and security.
Strengthening the IFM ecosystem
The acquisition positions YY Group to better serve its clients across diverse sectors with a more robust, bundled service model.
Pest control, a natural complement to the Group’s cleaning division, adds vital support in health, hygiene, and environmental safety.
All services are centralized through YY Group’s proprietary platform, 24iFM, which enables real-time monitoring, IoT integration, and data-driven performance tracking across its operational footprint.
A strategic series of acquisitions
Pest Fighter joins YY Group’s growing family of acquisitions, including Property Facility Services (PFS) and Uniforce Security (UFS), completed earlier this year. These acquisitions, combined with the company’s digital backbone, are designed to streamline operations across commercial, residential, and institutional assets.
Founded in 1994, Pest Fighter brings over 30 years of industry experience in tailored pest solutions, spanning preventive care and eco-responsible treatments. Now operating under the YY Group umbrella, it is expected to contribute significantly to long-term client retention and higher-margin bundled services.
