Zellis Group acquires Hastee, boosts financial wellbeing solutions

BRISTOL, ENGLAND — Zellis Group, a provider of AI-enabled HR, workforce management, payroll, and benefits solutions, has announced the acquisition of Hastee, a financial wellbeing platform. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The move is set to enhance Zellis Group’s portfolio by integrating earned wage access, financial education, and advanced money management tools for employees.

With Hastee’s integration, Zellis Group customers, including those using Zellis, Moorepay, and Benefex platforms, will now have access to:

• On-demand earned wage access
• Personalized financial education resources
• Intuitive money management and budgeting tools
• Analytics for organizational insight into employee financial wellness

Hastee’s financial wellbeing platform

Hastee allows employees to access up to 50% of their earned pay on demand via its app. The platform also offers an earnings tracker, automated weekly salary withdrawals, and comprehensive financial education resources. 

Hastee’s services are designed to reduce reliance on high-cost credit, ease financial stress, and improve employee engagement and productivity. 

For employers, Hastee integrates seamlessly with existing HR and payroll systems and is free to offer, with flexible cost-sharing options.
