Zoom, Genesys partner to improve collaboration and CX

Videoconferencing giant Zoom and global cloud provider of customer experience (CX) Genesys is expanding their partnership to strengthen collaboration and improve the client’s CX needs.
The duo will build upon its integration between Zoom Phone and Genesys Cloud CX to provide organizations with an easy-to-configure and feature-rich cloud contact center and unified communications solution that enables teams to better collaborate to solve customer needs.
Zoom and Genesys’ partnership includes a go-to-market relationship where Genesys will enable its global direct and indirect channels to deliver the combined Zoom Phone plus Genesys Cloud CX solution.
Genesys Chief Revenue Officer ML Maco said, “Increasing market demand for combined unified communications and contact center solutions is an acknowledgment from businesses that ultimately every employee serves the customer, whether customer-facing or not.”
He added that partnering with Zoom reduces the barriers for businesses and enabled their whole ecosystem to help joint customers “better connect the enterprise and exceed consumer expectations in a changing digital world.”
