24-7 Intouch acquires Goodbay
24-7 Intouch has acquired digital business process outsourcing services Goodbay Technologies. This acquisition is designed to expand the global operations of both companies in providing diverse customer service solutions to their clients.
Through this collaboration, 24-7 Intouch will increase its global footprint due to additional on-campus and work-from-home facilities in India, the Philippines, Jamaica, and offices in Texas.
Per the agreement, Goodbay will become a subsidiary of 24-7 Intouch while operating independently with gaming, mobile app, consumer technology, and new economy clients as its priority.
24-7 Intouch Co-Founder and CEO Greg Fettes said that their new acquisition will help “strengthen our core digital offerings to technology, media, and fintech customers while also making us an industry leader in digital customer service solutions for the gaming vertical.”
