8×8 welcomes new Chief Revenue Officer

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Global unified communications and contact center solutions provider, 8×8, announced the appointment of Lisa Martin as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
She will report directly to CEO Samuel Wilson and be charged with driving and maximizing revenue growth, directing sales strategies, and managing the global sales organization.
Martin, a recognized sales executive with over 15 years of experience in the contact center and communications sector, has demonstrated her ability to lead teams in spurring double-digit, year-on-year growth through existing customers, a new logo, and geographic expansion strategies.
She recently held the position of Vice President of Flex North America Go-to-Market at Twilio, and before that, served as Twilio’s Vice President of Sales. Her tenure at Genesys also included several enterprise and vertical sales executive roles.
