TP opens 29th Philippine site in Pasay, adding 1,000+ jobs

- TP opened its 29th Philippine site, in the SM Mall of Asia complex.
- The new hub is expected to create more than 1,000 jobs.
- It is TP’s second Pasay site, alongside the MAAX Building.
- The Philippine IT-BPM industry earned about $40.3 billion in 2025.
MANILA, PHILIPPINES — TP is opening its 29th site in the Philippines, a new operations hub in Pasay City expected to create more than 1,000 jobs as it marks 30 years in the country. The expansion comes as the company bets that demand for human expertise will keep growing alongside artificial intelligence (AI).
A second Pasay hub
The new site sits in the Four E-Com Center within the SM Mall of Asia complex, The Manila Times reported. It is TP‘s second location in Pasay, alongside its existing operations at the MAAX Building.
The hub will support TP’s growing global clientele, which is expanding operations in the country as businesses increasingly look for human expertise, digital capabilities and AI. TP said the site strengthens its long-term investment in Filipino talent.
Betting on a hybrid workforce
TP’s strategy rests on the view that AI is moving from creating efficiencies to generating opportunities, through a hybrid workforce in which human experts and AI-enabled systems work together. The company pointed to analysis from HSBC Global Investment Research that found the feared AI-driven collapse of the Philippine outsourcing sector has not happened.
Business services exports and employment have kept expanding despite generative AI, the HSBC analysis found, and AI could strengthen outsourcing destinations by improving productivity and quality control. The Philippine IT and business process management (IT-BPM) industry generated about $40.3 billion in revenue and employed 1.89 million people in 2025, according to the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines.
For buyers, another large site in Metro Manila means more capacity for new programs without waiting on hiring in a single crowded building. Clients expanding contact center or offshore outsourcing work in the Philippines can ask how providers split work between AI tools and live agents before signing. Firms comparing partners can start with the top 40 BPO companies in the Philippines.
