KOLKATA, INDIA — Indian customer experience provider Fusion CX is heading to the stock market with a smaller offering than first planned, setting a price band of Rs 275 to 289 per share for an initial public offering worth Rs 702 crore ($84 million). The company had originally aimed to raise up to Rs 1,000 crore when it filed its draft prospectus in May 2025.
A trimmed issue and an Oct. 22 listing
The three-day issue opens on Oct. 14 and closes on Oct. 16, with anchor bidding on Oct. 13, HDFC Sky reported, citing PTI. At the top of the range, Fusion CX would command a market value of more than Rs 4,170 crore ($500 million), with shares due to list on the BSE and NSE on Oct. 22.
The offer combines Rs 500 crore ($60 million) of new shares with a Rs 202 crore ($24 million) sale by existing shareholders P N S Business and Rasish Consultants. Fusion CX plans to use Rs 275 crore to repay debt and Rs 61 crore to upgrade IT tools at its Omind Technologies units, including Arya and MindVoice.
Built on acquisitions
The rest of the proceeds will fund acquisitions and other strategic plans, continuing a deal streak that has brought six businesses into the group in three years. They include Skycom Group, Scribe.ology, Sequential Technologies and S4 Communications in the U.S., VA Platinum Offshoring in Australia and Ready Call Center in Belize.
Profit after tax more than doubled to Rs 169 crore ($20 million) in fiscal 2026, while revenue rose 37% to Rs 1,818 crore ($218 million). As of June 30, the Kolkata-based company had 13,735 employees across 40 delivery centers in 13 countries, supporting customers in 28 languages. Its prospectus lists Firstsource Solutions, eClerx, Alldigi Tech, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Sagility and HGS as listed peers.
For clients, a listing brings more financial disclosure and fresh capital for the AI tools Fusion CX sells alongside its customer experience services. Buyers should still ask how an initial public offering (IPO) and further acquisitions will affect account teams and service levels. Firms comparing CX providers can benchmark them against the top BPO companies worldwide list.
