NASHIK, INDIA — Shares of ESDS Software Solution Limited surged 264% above their ₹429 (approximately $5.15) issue price within four trading sessions of the company’s September 4, 2026, debut on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.

The cloud and managed services provider listed at ₹895.55, a 109% premium over the issue price, after the company’s ₹720 crore (approximately $86 million) initial public offering (IPO) was oversubscribed 135.66 times.

Market debut reflects cloud and AI infrastructure demand

ESDS Software Solution Limited, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Nashik, India, operates five Tier-III data centres across Nashik, Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Mohali, and Noida.

According to a report from Business Standard, the company offers an end-to-end portfolio comprising Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), managed services, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) across cloud computing, data centre colocation, and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure.

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, ESDS reported revenue of ₹480.65 crore (approximately $57.7 million) and net profit of ₹120.82 crore (approximately $14.5 million), up from ₹376.64 crore in revenue and ₹55.61 crore in profit the prior fiscal year.

IPO proceeds target data centre infrastructure expansion

ESDS plans to allocate ₹576 crore (approximately $69 million) from the IPO proceeds toward cloud computing equipment and data center infrastructure across its five-facility network.

The 135.66-times oversubscription suggests investor confidence that India’s AI-enabled information technology (IT) services market can sustain premium valuations, even as global macroeconomic uncertainty weighs on enterprise technology spending.

ESDS’s revenue rose 65% and net profit more than doubled between fiscal years 2024 and 2026, a growth trajectory that analysts say underpinned the strong institutional and retail demand at listing.

Investor appetite for Indian IT infrastructure companies has intensified through 2026, propelled by enterprise and government demand for cloud migration, AI compute capacity, and managed data centre solutions across Asia.

For business process outsourcing (BPO) and enterprise buyers evaluating India’s IT services landscape, the ESDS listing reinforces that cloud and managed services providers with multi-site data centre infrastructure are commanding strong market premiums.

ESDS, with its AI-enabled service portfolio and Tier-III footprint across five Indian cities, enters the public markets at a moment when enterprise demand for managed IT infrastructure is accelerating alongside global digital transformation investment.
