MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Outposter has been named one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in Southeast Asia, ranking #63 on the 2026 list published with Great Place To Work.
The global talent agency, part of the ZigZag Group, supplies skilled talent from the Philippines, India and Vietnam to businesses around the world.
More than 1.3 million employees surveyed
Now in its second year, the list surveyed more than 1.3 million employees across ten Southeast Asian countries, Outposter told Outsource Accelerator. The ranking appears on the published list from Great Place To Work.
To be eligible, companies must be Great Place To Work Certified and have at least 200 employees in the region. Rankings are based on confidential employee feedback on credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
Outposter earned its place alongside some of the region’s best-known employers, including DHL, Hilton, Cisco and Accenture.
Pullen credits a ‘fair go’
“I grew up with the idea of a fair go, that everyone deserves the same respect whatever their job is. I’ve tried to bring that to every business I’ve built,” said Ben Pullen, founder of Outposter and chief executive officer of the ZigZag Group.
“Seeing Outposter named among the best companies to work for in Southeast Asia tells me our team feels it too, and I couldn’t be prouder of them,” Pullen said.
Soria on protecting the culture
“Our people told Great Place To Work what it’s really like to work here, and that’s what makes this so meaningful,” said Bel Soria, chief operating officer of the ZigZag Group.
“As we grow across the Philippines, India and Vietnam, protecting this culture is our number one operational priority,” Soria said.
Growth since the ZigZag deal
Pullen founded Outposter, and the ZigZag Group acquired it in January 2025. As we reported, the business opened Outposter Vietnam, and it is also expanding its presence in India.
“Clients come to us for great talent, but great talent stays where it’s respected,” Pullen said. He added that the recognition “proves that doing right by your people and doing right by your clients are the same thing.”
What it means for buyers
For companies choosing an offshore staffing partner, an employee-survey ranking offers an outside read on workplace culture, which Pullen ties to both client and staff retention.
Buyers weighing offshore outsourcing or business process outsourcing (BPO) in the region can compare providers on OA’s list of the top 40 BPO companies in the Philippines.
Outposter connects businesses around the world with skilled talent from the Philippines, India and Vietnam, supplied on a fixed monthly fee per role. It is part of the ZigZag Group, which supports more than 200 companies worldwide with over 1,000 people across its brands.
Outposter is currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Marketing Hub.
