Datamatics Honored As Star Performer By Everest Group
IT and BPM firm Datamatics Global Services (DGSL) has been honored as a Star Performer in Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix for Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Technology Vendors 2019 for its product TruBot. The Everest Group report said TruBot was an intuitive enterprise-grade RPA product, and that reference clients have appreciated its product support and ability to support development for complex use cases. According to Amardeep Modi, practice director at Everest Group, Datamatics has made substantial investments to improve the enterprise value proposition of its RPA offering.
Meanwhile, Mitul Mehta, senior vice president and head of marketing and communications at DGSL, said RPA has been a major focus area for Datamatics, and the company has made significant investments in boosting its product portfolio. Mehta added that the firm’s integrated suite of intelligent offerings will give an advantage to clients in the intelligent automation era. Datamatics TruBot is an enterprise-grade, multi-skilled RPA product that automates different repetitive and rule-based processes.
