Wipro Named Leader In AI Consultancies
Business process services firm Wipro has been named a “Leader” in artificial intelligence (AI) consultancies by independent research firm Forrester Research Inc. In its report, Forrester highlighted clients’ feedback on Wipro’s strategic approaches and best practices for engaging the right external experts and stakeholders. The report also noted that Wipro’s strength lies in its emphasis on culture in the engagement phase, which translates to helping clients create their own AI culture. Forrester assessed participating firms by researching, analyzing, and scoring them on 23 criteria across three key categories – current offering, strategy, and market presence.
