TCS recognized as No. 1 Top APAC Employer for second consecutive year
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been named the 2020 Number One Top Employer in the Asia-Pacific, its second year in a row to receive the distinction, by the Top Employers Institute.
The institute said TCS is an exceptional performer across ten core human resources areas: talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and company culture. In the country rankings, it emerged as the Number 1 Top Employer in Australia and a Top Employer in mainland China, India, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
