Alorica’s North Charleston expansion to create over 300 jobs
Customer experience solutions provider Alorica said it will expand its operations in North Charleston, South Carolina, creating over 300 new jobs in the process.
The firm said the expansion, set to be completed at the end of 2020, aims to increase its capacity in North America to meet the growing demand for customer experience expertise by some of the largest brands worldwide. Alorica’s North Charleston unit caters to different brands in the retail, healthcare, and energy and utility industries.
Becky Crocco, Alorica North Charleston site director, said they are thrilled to be doing more for the community that they have called home for 15 years and look forward to continuing to fulfill their vision of making lives better – from creating more jobs to finding more ways to serve the people. Alorica also has two other facilities in South Carolina, located in Simpsonville.
