57 areas in NCR placed under granular lockdown

A total of 57 areas in the National Capital Region (NCR) were placed under granular lockdown last Thursday, said National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).
These areas include 36 villages under the Quezon City Police District, nine villages each from the Northern Police District and Eastern Police District; and three villages under the Southern Police District.
This move comes after Metro Manila is placed under Alert Level 4 of the newly implemented five-tier alert system, to prevent the spread of the COBID-19 virus while slowly reopening the region’s economic activities.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) is asking Metro Manila residents to comply with the regulations that came with the new lockdown system in the country’s capital.
