CSS Corp launches new delivery center in Colombia

Global Customer Experience (CX) and IT services provider CSS Corp announced the launch of its new global delivery center in Barranquilla, Colombia.
This movie is a part of the company’s global expansion strategy to address its growing business demands while improving its nearshore capabilities.
The new facility will deliver diverse and world-class services and provide multilingual support in English, Spanish and Portuguese to its clients. The firm also plans to enable a 100% remote working model for its initial 150 employees, with hopes to expand to 500 workers over the next two years.
CSS Corp CEO Sunil Mittal said that the new center will strengthen the firm’s presence in the Latin American region and provide access to the unique and vibrant talent pool in the country.
Mittal added that the expansion will also “provide [flexibility] to deliver compelling value and efficiencies at scale for our global clients.”
France-based payment service provider Ingenico will be the first client of CSS Corp’s new Barranquilla center.
