SupportNinja acquires Bolton Remote

US-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company SupportNinja recently acquired customer success, technical support and product operations solutions provider Bolton Remote.
This acquisition will allow SupportNinja to expand into new markets and deliver new services to clients — including expanded data operations, renewals management, customer success and onboarding, technical expertise, and back-office support.
Additionally, Boston Remote will bring in their Ireland and Singapore to extend’s
Bolton Remote brings to the deal an expanded geographic footprint through their adding offices in Ireland and Singapore. They will also be used to strengthen SupportNinja’s already established operations in the U.S. and the Philippines.
The new locations will provide additional language capabilities and time zone flexibility for clients.
SupportNinja CEO Connor Tomkies explained that “by aligning with a like-minded company such as Bolton Remote, we can leverage a strong collective operational footprint and technological advancements across several lines of business…”
Bolton Remote CEO Patrick Linton added that this partnership will allow them to “offer expanded opportunities to our employees, additional services and reach to our customers, and tackle our now joint mission together.”
Linton will remain as an advisor to drive the continued growth of Bolton’s core services.
SupportNinja’s latest acquisition is supported by a growth investment from BV Investment Partners.
