Valenta expands to Trinidad and Tobago

Australia-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm Valenta has partnered with Trinidad & Tobago International Financial Centre (TTIFC) to commence its local operations at Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago.
The move is a part of Valenta’s growth strategy into the region as they expand their operations to the Caribbean.
Valenta Co-founder Jayesh Kasim explained that the country offers several advantages “such as a strong infrastructure, proper skillsets of the employees and ideal time zone for our clients in North America…”
The company is also planning to recruit about 100 new hires by year-end.
TTFIC CEO John Outridge said that this expansion “will allow for the development and transfer of the skills and competencies that we need to build within our local talent pool, as we work to become the FinTech-enablement Hub of the Caribbean.”
