An artificial intelligence (AI) powered communication assessment tool launched by talent analysis and remote proctoring solutions provider Mercer | Mettl is set to help the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firms in the Philippines make “fast, reliable, and data-backed hiring decisions.”
