Iveda joint venture selects Philippines’ municipalities for smart tech

Iveda Solutions Incorporated, a company develops and delivers cloud based video AI surveillance technologies, expressed a joint venture with the Philippines for smart technology investments that can drive a revenue ranging from $1 million to $3 million per smart city deployment.
Iveda CEO David Ly and local Iveda Philippines executives have presented to city leaders of Manila, Paranaque, Mandaluyong, Cebu, Mandaue and Davao interested in Iveda Smart City.
The Iveda Philippines team also presented Iveda AI benefits to Gen. Vicente Danao and his Philippine National Police staff, the law enforcement agency that provides nationwide protection.
“In addition to Iveda AI, city officials also asked for help on critical infrastructure improvements such as new command center and upgrades to existing ones, similar to our Taiwan Smart City projects in Taiwan,” said CEO Ly.
Iveda Philippines is supervised by Stef Saño, the managing director. He was educated in the U.S. holding a Master of Science Degree in Systems Science & Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems Science and Engineering from Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Wesleyan University.
