US-based BPO SuperStaff opens 2nd site in Pampanga

Comprehensive outsourcing solutions provider SuperStaff launched a call center in Pampanga to accommodate the surging market demand for timely and affordable offshore talent in the Philippines.
Located in the city of Angeles, this is the firm’s second call center facility in the province. Just three months before, SuperStaff opened a new office in Clark, Pampanga.
SuperStaff CEO Matthew Narciso said that although this expansion is part of the firm’s long-term diversification plans, the short time between their Clark and Angeles launch is a “welcome surprise.”
“We initially expanded into Pampanga as a way of creating a talent acquisition pressure valve and adding a business continuity layer for our high growth clients outsourcing to the Philippines,” said Narciso.
However, the firm’s reduced hiring turnaround of 54%, double-digit retention rate, and increasing client demand prompted them to accelerate the opening of their second Pampanga site.
The firm’s CEO added that 60% of the new site was already reserved by existing and new clients even before it was officially opened to the public.
And as global demand for offshore talent continues to increase at a fever pitch, Narciso stated that it is highly plausible that SuperStaff may soon announce the opening of a third new site outside of Manila in the very near future.
