Fijian tourism brand Rosie Holidays ventures in BPO biz

NADI, FIJI — Travel and tourism firm Rosie Holidays is venturing into the outsourcing industry with the upcoming launch of Rosie BPO.
According to Rosie Holidays managing director Tony Whitton, the sector has enormous potential to generate revenue for the group.
“We are providing back office processing services to many of our international wholesalers, including rate loading, account reconciliation, and air ticketing and booking,” Whitton said.
Since August 2021, the company has started to employ around 80 staff for their new venture, which will be officially launched in February.
The outsourcing services industry currently employs approximately more than 3,000 employees in Fiji.
Rosie Holidays is a tourism brand in the South Pacific. They offer full-service tourism services including travel and reservation advisory, language services, guided tours, and hospitality.
