Outsourcing helps match firms with the right talent, says Cloudstaff

ONTARIO, CANADA — Outsourcing could help companies cast a wider net to find and recruit the right talent they would need, said Cloudstaff Chief Recruitment Officer Kal Kukadia.
In an interview on the HRchat Podcast, Kukadia said outsourcing agencies have made acquiring talent globally easier.
“The opportunities now to be able to acquire talent globally, depending on what organization you are, has now become more simple.”
He added that the pandemic-induced Great Resignation in the United States (U.S.) and Europe made it hard for businesses to find “good people at the right price point.”
“The talent pool is shrinking [and] skills are becoming obscure in certain areas,” he stated.
Kukadia emphasized that being able to find skills offshore should be something to be considered to make one’s long-term growth strategy robust.
He added that small companies could also successfully outsource their operations with the right partner.
“Small organizations did not even know that they could outsource… and the ones that did know did not even realize how simple it could be if they partner with the right organizations.”
Kukadia said that education is key. Cloudstaff, itself, speaks with small organizations to explain how outsourcing works and how they could recruit offshore talents for their companies.
