CleverTap launches AI-generated content creator Scribe

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — CleverTap, a U.S.-based Software as a Service (SaaS) company, has unveiled its artificial intelligence (AI)-generated content creation assistant, Scribe.
The company tapped into the AI models of OpenAI, a wildly popular and game-changing private research laboratory headquartered in California.
“We’re excited to launch Scribe – our very own OpenAI powered AI content creator to help our customers generate personalized, emotionally relevant messaging to stay connected with users and strengthen digital relationships,” said CleverTap Vice President of Data Science Jacob Joseph.
The company considers its new product an important breakthrough for digital-native firms looking to drive conversions with emotionally intelligent content, driving more visits and spending.
Marketers can now auto-generate emotionally resonant content development by typing a few keywords on Scribe. CleverTap says the new feature can interpret the emotion of messages and come up with the best option that users are more likely to engage with.
Scribe is currently offered to CleverTap Enterprise Customers on an invite basis.
CleverTap has approximately 2,000 customers around the world. These include Electronic Arts, TED, TD Bank, Carousell, AirAsia, and Tesco. The company is backed by top investors such as Sequoia India, Tiger Global, and Accel.
