Triage Partners joins Broadtree Partners, names new president

NORTH CAROLINA, UNITED STATES — Charlotte-based private equity firm, Broadtree Partners, has successfully acquired Triage Partners, a leading technology-enabled software and service provider for the telecom and reverse logistics industries.
No financial terms were disclosed.
Triage Partners specializes in customized solutions for telecommunications and logistics companies, helping them streamline workflows and gain valuable business intelligence through its cloud-based software.
Broadtree invests in the lower middle market, allowing owners to seamlessly change leadership or partner with Broadtree’s operational and financial resources to accelerate growth further.
Triage Partner’s acquisition expands Broadtree’s technology-enabled services and Software as a Service (SaaS) business.
The acquisition comes alongside the appointment of James Han as the President of Triage Partners. Hans has 12 years of experience building teams and scaling processes for growth.
“What stood out about Triage was the rare combination of providing outsourcing solutions for 20 years and the innovation to recently launch a proprietary software product that meets the changing needs for their customers,” Hans said after his appointment.
Holland and Knight acted as advisors to Broadtree.
