Northern Trust chosen for Artemis asset servicing

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Artemis, a UK-based asset manager, has chosen Northern Trust to provide whole office outsourcing solutions to its clients.
Under the agreement, Northern Trust will be the single service provider of investment operations outsourcing solutions, fund administration, depositary, global custody, and transfer agency services for Artemis’ Luxembourg and UK-domiciled funds.
Artemis says it chose Northern Trust because of its technology platform, cultural alignment, and ability to support evolving data and digital requirements.
“As the platform on which our day-to-day business is managed, our choice of asset servicing partner is absolutely pivotal in supporting Artemis’ objectives of delivering outstanding returns and service for our clients,” explained Lesley Cairney, Chief Operating Officer at Artemis.
Founded in 1889, Northern Trust is a leading provider of wealth management, asset servicing, asset management, and banking globally. As of March 31, 2023, assets under its custody and management totaled US$15.5 trillion.
Artemis specializes in investment management services for retail and institutional investors, with over £24.3 billion (US$30.1 billion) in assets under management.
