ibex appoints Preeti Raina as U.S. Country Manager
WASHINGTON, D.C., UNITED STATES — Business process outsourcing (BPO) company ibex has appointed Preeti Raina as its Country Manager for the United States (U.S.).
Raina, a veteran operations leader who joined the company in 2020, will now directly report to ibex’s EVP of Operations David Wilkerson while overseeing U.S. operations.
“Preeti brings world-class operations experience and leadership along with her proven ability to motivate, drive collaboration, and inspire her team to succeed. In her three years at ibex, she has been instrumental in leading multiple successful large-scale business initiatives and creating greater value for our clients by delivering better experiences for their customers,” stated David Afdahl, Chief Operations Officer at ibex.
Prior to joining ibex, Raina spent 14 years at Conduent, where she led several high-profile client accounts. With 22 years of extensive leadership experience in the BPO sector, Raina is known for steering both Operations Delivery and Operations Excellence teams. She holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University and is COPC, SOX, and Six Sigma certified.
