Responda Group acquires H1, doubles workforce

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN — Swedish customer services provider Responda Group has acquired business process outsourcing (BPO) firm H1 Communication (H1).
The merger signals a significant expansion for Responda Group, effectively doubling its workforce to over 500 and positioning it to handle more than 25 million customer interactions annually.
“H1 has long been a respected outsourced customer service provider, and we are very pleased to welcome them to Responda Group,” said Responda Group CEO Marcus Lindqvist.
H1 Communication’s acquisition represents a critical milestone in Responda Group’s growth agenda. By integrating H1’s customer service expertise and extensive customer base, Responda Group plans to enhance its service offerings and streamline the customer experience.

Responda Group, established in 1992, has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 140 million (US$13 million). The company currently employs 250 individuals who handle over 20,000 customer contacts daily for more than 3,000 clients.
