Tata Consultancy Services opens first office in Monterrey, Mexico
MUMBAI, INDIA — Indian business process outsourcing (BPO) firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has opened a new office in the city of Monterrey, marking its expansion into the northeastern state of Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
“Our office in Monterrey is set in a state-of-the-art building, one of the tallest in the city, located in a fast-growing business area. This center joins our other 8 offices in the country, where we serve more than 260 national and international clients,” the company shared on LinkedIn.
TCS is celebrating two decades of growth in Mexico where it has offices in Queretaro, and Guadalajara, and Mexico City.
Mexico Industry Invest reports that the new office will start its operations with 700 associates. These new hires will be part of its plan to create 2,500 jobs nationwide.
TCS is a giant IT services, business solutions and outsourcing organization with consolidated revenues of US$25.7 billion in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022.
The company ranked #51 in the Time Doctor OA500, an index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing firms and a vital tool in assisting the BPO decision-making community.
