TTEC welcomes new Chief People Officer

COLORADO, UNITED STATES — Global customer experience technology firm, TTEC, announced the appointment of Laura Butler as the company’s Chief People Officer (CPO).
Recognized for her exceptional expertise in crafting employee experiences, Butler will now manage the people and culture programs for TTEC’s massive global workforce, which includes 65,000 employees speaking more than 50 languages across 86 sites on six continents.
“Passionate about innovation in technology and services businesses, her expertise in attracting, developing, retaining, and inspiring talent from front-line associates to system engineers is ideally suited for TTEC’s next phase of growth,” said TTEC President Shelly Swanback.
Butler joins TTEC from Entrata, a fast-growing B2B software company, where she also served as CPO. Her past experience includes leading people functions at the cloud contact center platform, Talkdesk, and Adobe Workfront. She currently serves as an independent director on the board of Workforce Software.

TTEC reported a strong financial performance for the first quarter of March 31, 2023. The company’s GAAP revenue for the quarter rose 7.6 percent to $633.3 million.
According to TTEC Chairman and CEO Ken Tuchman, the company’s financial performance demonstrates its comprehensive range of AI-enabled digital CX technology, advanced analytics, consulting, managed services, and operational capabilities.
