NeoWork enhances company culture with team-building events

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm NeoWork spent the last two weeks hosting team-building events for their employees in Manila and Naga, Philippines, and recognizing top performers with a special retreat.
Two weeks ago, the Manila team enjoyed a fun-filled pool party, followed by a beach trip for the Naga team, which included the company’s leadership team.
The firm also organized a retreat at Laguna for top-performing agents, reinforcing their commitment to performance and excellence.
NeoWork Co-founder Joshua Eidelman expressed the significance of in-person events, particularly for a remote-first company like theirs.
“Working remotely has a ton of benefits, but one of the tradeoffs is a lower sense of connection to teammates and a feeling of loneliness at work at times. Investing in in-person fun events for the team to hang out and meet agents at different accounts from the ones they work at is very important for us,” he explained.
Since NeoWork’s expansion to the Philippines in late 2020, in-person events have become a tradition, building on their established practice of beach trips in Colombia.
The company also encourages performance through friendly competitions, with top performers earning bonuses and exclusive retreat invites.
Another community outreach event is in the works within the firm, where their Manila team will help feed people experiencing homelessness and join the Manila Pride Parade this coming Saturday, June 24th.
NeoWork is an outsourcing firm that emphasizes online work and offers flexible service packages. It is currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
