Cielo announces expanded talent acquisition services
WISCONSIN, UNITED STATES — Global talent acquisition provider Cielo announced a new suite of targeted products and services to enhance companies’ hiring processes.
The expanded offerings, TA Optimizers, Consulting, and Search, allow businesses to scale their talent acquisition (TA) practices to align with the changing economic landscape.
The TA Optimizers are modular services designed to strengthen any aspect of the hiring process, giving TA leaders more flexibility than traditional outsourcing options. With the new product, Cielo allows TA leaders to offload administrative tasks, thus focusing on enhancing the recruitment experience.
According to NelsonHall’s market analysis report, the global recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) market is forecasted to reach $11.2 billion by 2026, with Modular RPO models contributing to this growth.
Cielo’s Consulting service enables clients to address significant challenges HR and talent leaders face. The service transforms talent strategies, establishes impactful employer brands, and builds comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.
Search, another offering by Cielo, aims at identifying business-critical talent faster for its clients. This service reportedly saved some clients nearly $2 million in the first year compared to traditional agencies.
Cielo employs 4,000 people in 113 different countries. According to Crunchbase, its revenue falls between $500 million and $1 billion.
