Kore.ai introduces channel partner program

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — Kore.ai, an enterprise conversational AI (CAI) platform and solutions company, is launching a new partner program to support its indirect sales channel.
The program aims to enhance the company’s go-to-market strategy and the adoption of its conversational AI solutions. It will establish a new tiered structure for channel partners and solution providers. It also commits significant investments for each partner covering go-to-market (GTM), enablement, and marketing support while providing additional resources.
In response to the growing demand for conversational AI solutions, which Gartner expects to touch $82 billion by 2028, Kore.ai aims to establish a comprehensive, diverse global partnership ecosystem. This will include technology partners, global and regional system integrators, resellers, solution providers, and strategic partners.
Kore.ai plans to streamline its network of over 100 partners, offering improved support and joint offerings to drive accelerated growth. A new partner engagement portal and app marketplace will launch soon, providing a platform for tech players to publish and integrate technology within solutions from other vendors.
Headquartered in Orlando, Kore.ai has offices in India, the UK, Japan, South Korea, and Europe, with more than 400 Fortune 2000 companies among its clientele.
In May, IT solutions provider Mphasis partnered with Kore.ai to leverage AI in improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
