Mphasis, Kore.ai launch partnership to leverage AI solutions

NEW YORK & ORLANDO, UNITED STATES — IT solutions provider Mphasis has partnered with Kore.ai, an enterprise software provider specializing in conversational artificial intelligence (AI), in a bid to use AI in improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
