Endava acquires gaming powerhouse TLM Partners

TLM is renowned for outsourced development prowess in PC and console video games, boasting specialties in intricate domains like cross-play, middleware, and engine-level tools.
With significant collaborations under its belt, including with giants Microsoft and Sony, TLM is credited as a co-developer on popular franchises such as “Call of Duty” and “Marvel’s Midnight Suns.”
Merging TLM’s rich gaming legacy with Endava’s immersive technological finesse paves the way for Endava to seize a formidable stake in the booming global gaming industry.
Endava’s CEO, John Cotterell, expressed enthusiasm about the synergies, highlighting the blend of TLM’s gaming expertise and Endava’s cloud-centric solutions as a game-changer in unlocking unmatched value and innovation for clients.

As of March 2023, the firm’s expansive footprint extends from North America and Western Europe to the Asia-Pacific and Middle East, with delivery hubs spread across continents. The firm made GBP 654.76 million (US$835.56 million) in revenue in 2022.
Including TLM, Endava made three acquisitions so far this year. The firm recently acquired DEK Technologies and Mudbath.
