Five9 to acquire data integration pioneer Aceyus

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Cloud contact center solution provider Five9 has announced a definitive agreement to purchase Aceyus, a frontrunner in advanced data integration and analytics.
This strategic acquisition aims to simplify the transition of large enterprises from on-premises systems to the cloud by harnessing Aceyus’s prowess in integrating diverse customer data sources.
Aceyus’s software consolidates data from CRM, communication platforms, virtual agents, and other essential customer data sources.
Its capability to normalize and offer real-time insights into the entire customer experience (CX) data set ensures a seamless transition to the Five9 platform.
This integration will further benefit enterprises in maintaining consistent reporting, data visualization, and dashboards, enabling faster migration with enhanced value.
“Aceyus’s customer base includes many Fortune 100 companies and joint accounts with Five9, including some of our largest prospects and customers around the globe. The addition of Aceyus will extend our platform to further facilitate the migration of large enterprise customers to the cloud and to leverage contextual data to deliver personalized experiences,” said Mike Burkland, Five9 CEO and Chairman.
Both firms have long been business partners. In September last year, Aceyus announced it expanded its partnership with Five9.
The acquisition is set to be completed by Q3 2023.
