Noor Staffing acquires StarHG to expand hospitality services
NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Noor Staffing Group has strengthened its position in the hospitality staffing sector with the acquisition of Star Hospitality Group (StarHG), a company with 44 years of experience in hospitality solutions.
The acquisition is set to expand Noor’s service offerings, especially in staffing for the hospitality and food & beverage sectors in the U.S. tri-state area.
Habib Noor, Principal of Noor Staffing Group, highlighted the strategic timing: “This merger is perfectly timed. In 2024, we expect to see a resurgence in the hotel market… StarHG’s team has the experience and network of clients and staff to capitalize on these trends.”
The partnership provides StarHG with the potential for broader geographic reach, leveraging Noor’s U.S. presence.

Noor Staffing Group operates in 40 U.S. states and employs over 5,700 internal and contingent employees nationwide. StarHG specializes in providing staffing solutions for hotels, catering venues, and corporate dining facilities in New York and New Jersey. The acquisition presents an opportunity for StarHG to expand geographically, leveraging Noor Staffing Group’s national footprint.
