IRIS launches outsourcing service for accounting firms

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES —Business software provider IRIS Software Group launched its new outsourcing service called IRIS Outsourcing for accounting firms in the Americas.
Offering services like bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and taxes, IRIS Outsourcing aims to fill the industry’s talent shortage, provide an affordable outsourcing option, and help firms focus on value-added tasks and client growth.
Howards Chartered Certified Accountants Director Ryan Hudson vouched for the service’s impact, adding that IRIS Outsourcing has been crucial in helping them shift to a four-day work week by reallocating their team to higher-value work.
With the service, firms get a dedicated client officer and an expert team, each with at least five years of experience. The First Time Resolution (FTR) rate is 90%, highlighting the team’s efficiency and expertise. Security protocols are reinforced by ISO9001 and 27001 certifications to safeguard confidential data.
Recent data also show that firms using IRIS Outsourcing have cut costs by up to 50% and reported customer satisfaction scores between 94-96% for 2021 and 2022.
IRIS Americas President and General Manager Jim Dunham added that IRIS Outsourcing gives firms the tools they need for growth, especially in today’s efficiency-focused landscape
“In an era where efficiency and effectiveness are key, accounting firms need a flexible and cost-effective solution to elevate delivery,” said IRIS Americas President and General Manager Jim Dunham.
He added that IRIS Outsourcing provides the “additional capabilities that firms need to focus on achieving their growth goals.”
