Content Guru integrates Google Business Messages into its platform

BRACKNELL, UNITED KINGDOM — Cloud communications provider Content Guru recently integrated Google Business Messages into its storm platform, streamlining customer-brand interactions across Google Search, Maps, and Ads.
Richard Manthorpe, Content Guru’s Product Director, said the feature simplifies customer communications and is a key addition to clients’ multi-channel engagement strategies.
With this integration, customer inquiries through Google can be managed by storm’s virtual assistants or live support agents, all within a unified interface. This eliminates the need for separate Google accounts for customer service teams.
This new channel adds to existing communication routes funneled through companies’ Google Business Profiles. The platform’s virtual agents can efficiently handle common queries, allowing human agents to focus on more intricate issues. For customer convenience, ‘quick reply’ options and other pre-set responses are also available.
Trusted by over 1,000 enterprises and public organizations in 50+ countries, this upgrade enhances storm’s ability to provide top-notch customer service.
