TaskUs opens two new sites in India
TEXAS, UNITED STATES — TaskUs, a prominent provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience solutions, is further expanding its presence in India with two new sites in Gurugram and Navi Mumbai.
The new sites will increase TaskUs’ capacity in India to serve global brands in financial services, travel, social media, and transportation industries.
The Gurugram site, Mystiqa, draws inspiration from nature and fantasy with a jungle theme. With 600 seats and room for expansion, it provides amenities like a gym, daycare, and wellness spaces.
Meanwhile, Navi Mumbai site, Dreamland, embraces Bollywood’s vibrant world. Located in Mindspace, it has collaborative workspaces, a food court, a gym, and themed meeting rooms.
“Our new sites add to our capacity to help clients provide excellent customer service and content moderation,” said Sapna Bhambani, Senior Vice President of Operations for TaskUs in India.
“We chose locations that have easy access to transportation and everyday conveniences so our teammates can feel inspired to do their best work.”
Headquartered in Texas, TaskUs ranked #17 in the Time Doctor OA500 and has approximately 47,000 employees globally. It initially entered India in 2019 and has now grown its workforce to over 10,000 employees.
