KellyOCG unveils upgraded talent management platform
MICHIGAN, UNITED STATES — Outsourcing and consulting firm KellyOCG recently rolled out significant enhancements to its Kelly Helix technology, featuring new Analytics and a revamped Human Cloud service.
Kelly Helix Analytics now offers real-time, personalized data to help companies manage their external workforce more effectively. Notable features include “Data Storytelling,” which turns complex data into understandable insights, and custom dashboards tailored for specific user needs.
Meanwhile, the platform’s new Human Cloud service centralizes the management of freelance talent, from contract administration to payment processing. It makes freelancer engagement easier, enables hiring committees to participate in talent selection actively, and offers comprehensive insights into freelance workforce metrics.
KellyOCG President Tammy Browning emphasized that these improvements simplify talent acquisition in a complex hiring landscape.
