UK enterprises prioritize collaboration for enhanced productivity — ISG

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Enterprises in the United Kingdom emphasize collaboration and employee experience (EX) to improve productivity and cost-efficiency.
According to global technology research and advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG), this unified approach could lead to simplified processes, reduced complexity, and optimized resources.
“Providers can generate positive results for enterprises and their employees while maintaining cost control,” said ISG Research director Iain Fisher.
“In some cases, the innovations can even become self-funding, much to the delight of procurement teams.”
A key advantage of enhanced collaboration is significantly improved employee experience. ISG’s report stated that everyday tasks can be simplified, resulting in a happier and more productive workforce.
Moreover, employee experience management helps identify obstacles to digital transformation, encouraging technology adoption.
“Enterprises are adjusting to new realities and acknowledging the importance of employee experience,” said ISG Provider Lens Research partner and global leader Jan Erik Aase.
“EX transformation should be among the top priorities of every business leader.”
The ISG report evaluated 39 providers across various categories, with Accenture, Capgemini, and Fujitsu named leaders in multiple quadrants. Microland, NTT Data, Stefanini, and UST were recognized as “Rising Stars.”
